Which Buttermilk product best represents me and why?
Our salted caramel cups – they’re in compostable packaging, don’t contain any nasty ingredients like palm oil and are even dairy free, so everyone can share them.
Whose idea was it to make fudge & how did it come about?
Buttermilk have been making confectionery treats in Cornwall since 1964 and since then we’ve continued to push ourselves to make the best treats that everyone will love.
What’s the strangest customer request you’ve had?
Well the coolest thing has been making friends with one of our fudge lovers who was a Bevin boy and we exchange letters. My boys love hearing about Ron’s life and history.
If you knew then what you know now what would you do differently?
I would trust my instincts more.
As a family business how do you balance work and family life?
We all muck in and have a play pen in our office!
